Pack 100 has started an aluminum can recycling
project called iCan that will work hand-in-hand with Walker Elementary.
Pack 100 is also pioneering the iCan project. This program is a way for our
community and our scouts to contribute towards protecting the environment by
recycling cans. The scouts are building bins that will be placed in front of
the school once a month. There will be 5 bins, 1 for each grade. Help your
child's grade level get the most cans recycled for each month. The benefits
from this project will effect us all! The environment benefits because these
cans will be recycled. The PTA, Pack 100, and the girl scouts will all share
the proceeds earned from this recycling project. Help us keep these cans
where they need to be, in a recycle bin and not on the side of the road.
